Pharrell Williams made waves at his highly anticipated Louis Vuitton fashion show in Paris, France, with an impressive lineup of A-list celebrities in attendance. The star-studded event saw the likes of Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Kim Kardashian gracing the front row, alongside other notable figures such as Jay-Z, Zendaya, A$AP Rocky, Maluma, Naomi Campbell, Jared Leto, and Megan Thee Stallion.

Held at the iconic Pont Neuf, the show was a highlight of Paris Fashion Week’s menswear spring/summer 2024 showcase. Musicians including Anitta, Offset, Coi Leray, Tyler, the Creator, and Willow and Jaden Smith also showed their support for Williams’ debut collection.

The fashion extravaganza wasn’t just about showcasing the latest designs; Williams took to the stage for a special performance, joined by Jay-Z to deliver a memorable rendition of their 2003 hit, “Frontin’.” Adding a personal touch, Williams brought a choir from his hometown to Paris, infusing the show with his unique musical style.
Notably, the event marked Williams’ first show as the men’s creative director for Louis Vuitton, following the untimely passing of Virgil Abloh in November 2021. Reflecting on his approach to design, Williams shared, “I am a creative designer from the perspective of the consumer. I didn’t go to Central Saint Martins, but I definitely went into stores and purchased, and I know what I like.”

Louis Vuitton also shared glimpses of the show, including Williams’ standout outfit paying tribute to the city of lights. The singer closed the show in a digitalized Damoflage motif suit, showcasing the reinvigorated emblem of the Maison.

The star-studded event and Williams’ remarkable debut collection have undoubtedly left a lasting impression on the fashion world. With such a strong start, it’s clear that Williams’ creative vision will continue to shape the future of Louis Vuitton menswear.
