New York City offers an abundance of upscale living options, and the Elad Group is elevating the standard with their latest development, The 74. This impressive 32-story structure will feature 41 luxurious condominiums, a stunning duplex penthouse, and a unique detached townhouse. Residents of the townhouse will have full access to the amenities of the residential tower.
The 74 Residences embody a contemporary design that draws inspiration from New York’s iconic landmarks, such as the Waldorf Astoria and Rockefeller Center. Pelli Clarke & Partners describe the building as embracing classic tripartite massing, showcasing a well-defined base, tower, and top.

Upon completion, the building will present a striking profile, highlighted by a six-story podium at one of its entrances. As guests and residents ascend, the volumes will expand, supported by a cantilevered foundation that gives the upper floors an irregular form, destined to become a familiar sight against the skyline.

For those interested in the townhome, it is available for a cool $14.5 million. This four-floor residence features interiors and exteriors designed by architect and sculptor Craig Copeland. Its façade, clad in white terracotta and red sandstone, sets it apart from The 74’s contemporary style. The townhouse measures approximately 5,100 square feet, complemented by an additional 1,900 square feet of private outdoor space, including a spacious roof terrace.

Convenience is key, with spiraling staircases and an elevator providing easy access throughout the home. While the final number of bedrooms and bathrooms is yet to be determined, four of each would be ideal for this luxurious abode. We eagerly anticipate seeing The 74 in all its grandeur next year.
