When carmakers announce limited-edition trims for their flagship rides, collectors are quick to put in an order. These cars can come at any price and tend to be sold out before they’re even unveiled.
Cars that are one-offs – as opposed to something from a small production run – get snapped up faster than you can say Bugatti.
Take the latest offering from Bugatti and the Chiron Super Sport dubbed Vagues de Lumière, which means Waves of Light in French.
True to its nature as a luxury carmaker, the new Bugatti has a Sur Mesure customization service. With it, clients can design their cars down to every last detail they desire.
This means that while everyone else will be stuck with boring colors and designs if they buy a Chiron Super Sport, you’ll have one that no one else will have because of the unique color scheme or interior design you wanted.
“Vagues de Lumière” means waves of light in English.
This is an appropriate title for this vehicle, given its appearance. With a sparkly blue exterior, Vague has a paint job highlighted with orange tones all over the car, which resemble how sunlight bounces off the sleek lines on cars too fast for you to catch them, giving you just enough time to see all those never before seen colors before they’re gone again.
Shifting our attention to the most recognizable feature of this car – its horseshoe grille – we see an emblem for 38.
It continues to be seen on each piece of the vehicle, including the side skirts, rear diffuser, and structures that serve as extensions for taillights. The accents surrounding it are blacked out in glossier carbon fiber trimming.
Inside the cockpit of my new Bugatti, I find myself completely absorbed in its comfortable leather upholstery.
It matches the color of my freshly waxed car outside, and it is just as vibrant on the wheels as well.
The interior decorator did a fantastic job matching all these colors together to create this unique atmosphere for me to enjoy all day long!
