Bentley Premiers Bentayga EWB First Edition and Flying Spur Hybrid at the Brussels Motor Show Centenary Exposition

Bentley Premiers Bentayga EWB First Edition and Flying Spur Hybrid at the Brussels Motor Show.
Bentley is a mark that needs little introduction. Occupying the most rarefied space atop the luxury automobile market, Bentley embodies heritage, tradition, craftsmanship, exclusivity, and provenance unlike any other brand according to our Luxury Lifestyle Blogs. Knowing this, and wanting to make a bigger splash than usual at the Brussels Motor Show, Bentley has gone even further this year for the exposition’s centenary fete.
Debuting the Bentayga EWB First Edition as well as the Flying Spur Hybrid, Bentley underscored the history of the company and the event while also giving audiences a peak into yet another masterwork of artisanal design and craft that is expected to set the tone not only for Bentley but other aspiring luxury automobiles to come. The luxurious “extended wheelbase” model or EWB offers unparalleled comfort and cachet for future owners, emphasizing its livery qualifications as well as its comprehensive approach to bespoke, idiosyncratic experiences within the cabin. Built to order and with unique touches intended to reflect a fusion of the owner and Bentley’s own craft, the EWB heralds a new era in ultra-luxury automobiles as the paradigm moves beyond the traditional sedan and coupe schematic and into the bold new era of space, electricity, and autonomy.
The Bentayga EWB Azure First Edition on display was heralded in Cumbrian Green with an interior consisting of an open pore dark burl walnut dashboard with a matching linen in Cumbrian Green interior. The Bentayga EWB offers an “airline” style configuration option with the interior cabin imitating the accouterments often found in private jets. First editions will include specialized handcraft stitching and detailing through the exterior and interior of the vehicle to designate it as a first of its kind (a true collector’s item for the Bentley aficionado).
Paired with the Bentayga EWB, the Flying Spur Hybrid glistened in Barnato Green, a shade that complemented and highlighted the heritage Bentley in British Racing Green that accompanied it on display. A fusion of performance within our Luxury Lifestyle Blogs, the Flying Spur Hybrid also touts Bentley’s dedication to pursuing the latest in cutting-edge, reliant technology for current and future luxury models. A fun fact highlighted by Bentley in a nod to their racing heritage is that the term British Racing Green is actually synonymous with Barnato Green, the latter named in honor of one of the original “Bentley boys,” Woolf Barnato.
The exterior color is bolstered by 22-inch Ten Spoke Sports Wheels in Pale Brodgar Satin with an interior finished in 3D carbon fiber rather than wood. Of course, the real selling point here is Bentley’s hybrid technology that offers performance “without compromise.” In this regard, the Flying Spur Hybrid promises 536hp putting it in line with its portfolio brethren and promising owners the true “Flying Spur” experience regardless of powertrain setup they might choose. Promising an unrivaled experience along with peerless engineering and innovation, Bentley’s showing at the Brussels Motor Show Centenary celebration demonstrates the house’s commitment to pushing the envelope when it comes to performance, luxury, and lifestyle according to our Luxury Lifestyle Blogs.
